Shipping & Returns

While every effort will be made to ensure your seals arrive in top condition and suited for your fridge, occasionally things go awry. If the seals are not suitable due to a fault on our part we will replace them at no charge to you. The originally supplied seals must be returned to us in good condition. We will refund standard postage costs.

You must contact us before returning any seals otherwise we will not be responsible for the return postage cost.

If you have ordered incorrect seals or find that they are no longer required, we are not required to provide a replacement or give a refund and any refunds in this regard are discretionary as most seals are manufactured to order.

All requests for returns must be lodged within 30 days of the shipping date.
