Refunds and Returns.
While every effort will be made to ensure your seals arrive in top condition and suited for your fridge, occasionally things go awry. If the seals are not suitable due to a fault on our part we will replace them at no charge to you. The originally supplied seals must be returned to us in good condition. We will refund standard postage costs. You must contact us before returning any seals otherwise we will not be responsible for the return postage cost. If you have ordered incorrect seals or find that they are no longer required, we are not required to provide a replacement or give a refund and any refunds in this regard are discretionary as most seals are manufactured to order. All requests for returns must be lodged within 30 days of the shipping date.
Payments and Currency
We offer secure payment via PayPal – using either your PayPal account or credit card. Payment may also be made via Electronic Funds Transfer, but this may delay your order. Overseas customers should note that there are considerable bank fees associated with international transfers and you should ensure the full amount is received by Fridge-Seal. We recommend the use of PayPal for international orders. Fridge-Seal will not be responsible for any under-payments as a result of international transfers. All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
Customer Supplied Sizes
We strive to ensure you receive the correct seal. Occasionally we need to confirm sizes and seal type with customers. Such customers should note that we will be relying on the measurements given. Any seals made to size are not returnable.
Most seals are dispatched within 24 hours of order receipt. However, sometimes there may be delays – particularly in busy periods. Please take care when entering your delivery address as Fridge-Seal will use this address for your order. We will not be responsible for redelivery costs for parcels returned if an incorrect address was supplied. Returned parcels will not be dispatched until additional delivery costs have been received by us. Fridge-Seal will not be responsible for costs incurred if shipments are delayed. We use e-Post for deliveries which means every parcel is allocated a consignment number which is trackable via the Australia Post website.
